Roger Chavez

Adjunct Faculty, Continuing Ed

Roger Chavez is a painter living and working in Philadelphia. He is an alumnus of PAFA and the University of Pennsylvania. He has shown regionally including in Philadelphia, Maryland and New York. Locally, he has shown at Rosenfeld Gallery, Seraphin Gallery and the University of Pennsylvania’s Kroiz Gallery and Fox Gallery. He is a recipient of the Lewis S. Ware Traveling Scholarship and received a residency at the Vermont Studio Center. He has taught at numerous schools, including the Maryland College of Art and Design, Manayunk Art Center, and (presently) at Ursinus College. 

Chavez teaches Drawing and Painting in the Continuing Education program.
